The Untapped Joy of Playing With Water

We need to spend more time with water. Maybe its an odd way of putting it, but it's true. We need to change the way we view this source of vitality and life. Did you know for adults, in general, that the kidneys needs at least 3 litres of water to function properly? We are fortunate that the body has been so forgiving to us, but continuing to abuse it will inevitably cause a major problem. We might be facing problems now and don't realise it is due to a lack of water.

Benefits are numerous. Drink the right amount of water, the right way - sipping throughout the day and stopping at about 8pm, improves skin, hair, mood, headaches, your urine colour and smell. Whatever you have to do, to physiologically trick yourself into drinking more water - DO IT! For me it's buying 500 ml bottles. Before I know it, I have a litre under my belt.
